How do I choose the right size?

Our snoods are designed with a versatile one-size-fits-all. At the moment, we offer snoods in adult sizes only, but we're excited to announce that our range will soon expand to include options for children and pets. Stay tuned!

Do you offer a repair service?

At this time, we do not offer a repair service. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement for you.

How should I care for and clean my snood?

To keep your snood looking its best, we recommend hand washing only. Use a gentle detergent and cold water, then lay it flat to dry. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as these can damage the fabric and shape.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship exclusively within the UK, but we’re actively working on expanding our shipping options to include other countries in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to deliver all orders within 7–14 days from the date of purchase. While some orders may occasionally experience delays, we’ll always keep you informed and provide updates if there are any changes to your delivery timeline.

How to track my order?

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched. The email will include your tracking number for your convenience. Additionally, you can find your tracking number anytime by visiting your account page and clicking on your order number.

Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order on time?

We're sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived! Here’s what you can do:

  • Check your tracking information
    Use the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email or on your account page to check the latest updates from the courier.
  • Verify your delivery address
    Double-check the shipping address you entered during checkout to ensure it’s accurate.
  • Look for delivery attempts
    Couriers often leave a note or update the tracking information if they couldn’t deliver your package.
  • Contact us
    If your tracking information hasn’t been updated or the delivery date has passed, reach out to our customer service team at hello@goodsnood.com. Please include your order number to help us assist you faster.

Exchange & Returns

What is your return policy?

Stock Items

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened stock items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of use or damage.

Custom Items

  • Custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your custom item is damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the damage to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
